House of the Week!

Increase tour attendance…..Cash Give Away!!

Present your listing on tour at our weekly meeting and your business card is entered to be selected as “House of the Week”. The business card is drawn prior to the Listing Presentations. The winner is announced and spotlighted as “House of the Week” during their presentation. In addition, a flyer is given to the Listing Agent to place at their listing on tour. Everyone who tours the “House of the Week” listing gives their business card to Agent to be drawn at the next weeks meeting for a $25.00 cash prize.

The winning business card is selected the following week and they must be present to win.

If your listing is selected as “House of the Week” you must attend the next consecutive meeting to share your tour results with our marketing group.

House of the Week has a proven track record for increasing the number of Realtors and Affiliates touring your listing.

_{My listing in Fremont was home of the week and we received over 34 Realtors and Affiliates.  The turn out was phenomenal!  We had 23 offers on the property 4 days later.  I think it is really important to present listings at the local marketing meetings.  This not only helps with the exposure of ones listing but it also helps Realtors to network with other Realtors and Affiliates and helps tremendously to know the Realtor or Affiliate that you are in escrow with.  I highly recommend going to the marketing meetings.  With the “Home of the Week” you get an extra bonus by having more people come through the home.}
