Procedure
Buyer’s Wants and Needs, Back On Market, Significant Price Reductions, Upcoming Listings Policy & Proceedure

Realtor must arrive and sign in prior to 8:15am in order to present a listing, listing must be on tour!

At least 75-100 fliers must be provided for attendees.

Fliers printed from the MLS must be in Client Format. Agent Format is not allowed and will be pulled if placed on listing table.

Realtor's name, company name, and contact information must be listed on flyer. The presenter must be the listing Agent or a member of the Listing Agents Team.

If listing is to be on tour, fliers must include tour date and time, along with the Thomas Guide map code clearly indicated.

If Realtor wants his/her listing to be on the TCMC tour sheet, the listing must be input to the Bay East Association of Realtors MLS database "Tour Entry" no later than 11:30 AM the Wednesday prior to the meeting

There is no limit on the number of presentations that a listing agent (or designee) may make, however, the total presentation time per agent must be limited to two (2) minutes in length.

Listings presented must be in the Tri-City area only.

Other listings may be presented during "Buyer’s Wants and Needs, Back On Market, Significant Price Reductions, Upcoming Listings".
Realtor must arrive and sign in prior to 8:15am in order to do presentation
Property must be located in Alameda County
